Your mission As the Backoffice Assistant, you provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team, enabling efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day operations. Your mission is to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and uphold high standards of professionalism in all aspects of your work. Key responsibilities Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems; Collect, compile, and analyze data to support decision-making processes; Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel; Help develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies; Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow; Provide support to various departments as needed; Support the rest of theteam in administrative tasks; Your profile Experience in administrative functions more than 2+ years; Fluency in English (mandatory); Proficiency in Microsoft Environment and other relevant software applications (mandatory); Excellent problem-solving skills; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal; Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Hybrid regime.
