Principais responsabilidades Este(a) profissional terá como missão fornecer coaching e conhecimentos especializados em processo produtivos com base nos princípios de Lean Manufacturing, de forma a contribuir para o alcance de metas operacionais do negócio.
Principais responsabilidades: Design, desenvolvimento e gestão de projetos de melhoria e implementação junto das equipas de trabalho, tendo em vista a otimização de processos, eficiência da operação e da utilização dos recursos disponíveis; Gestão de uma equipa de engenheiros de melhoria contínua, oferecendo suporte em todos os projetos e iniciativas de melhoria em toda a organização. Definição e monitorização na implementação do plano de melhoria contínua e os KPI's de melhoria; Avaliação do progresso e dos resultados dos projetos de melhoria contínua, definindo e acompanhando as medidas corretivas. Colaboração estreita com equipas de gestão das operações, suplly chain e áreas de suporte para compreender as suas necessidades de melhoria e ajudá-los a definir e executar um plano de ação; Criação e implementação de estratégias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua para aumentar a eficiência operacional, através de redução de custos e melhoria dos processos (implementação de metodologias como Lean, Six Sigma e Kaizen); Identificar oportunidades para inovação dos processos, trabalhando com equipas multidisciplinares em projetos de melhoria de processos e/ou automatização dos mesmos; Apoiar os Plant Managers na definição/gestão do portefólio de projetos. Perfil desejado Licenciatura em Engenharia (preferencialmente Engenharia e Gestão Industrial) Experiência profissional de 4/5 anos em funções similares; Conhecimentos sólidos em procesos produtivos inseridos em empresas do setor industrial (obrigatório); Experiência comprovada nas ferramentas e metodologias Lean management, Six sigma, TPM, Smed e 5'S; Conhecimentos em Inglês; Orientação para resultados e capacidade de síntese; Perfil analítico, capacidade de adaptação e espírito crítico; Proatividade e boa capacidade de comunicação; Forte sentido de responsabilidade e compromisso.
