Como Senior Product Manager, você será responsável por definir a visão do produto, mapear o caminho do produto e liderar equipes multifuncionais para entregar soluções inovadoras de finanças embarcadas (embedded finance) que atendam às necessidades de nossos clientes e objetivos de negócios.Esperamos que você nos ajude a:Definir e executar a estratégia de produto para nossos produtos de emissão de cartões de crédito, garantindo que eles atendam às necessidades do mercado e objetivos de negócios.Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipes de engenharia, design, marketing, vendas e suporte para desenvolver e lançar produtos de forma eficaz.Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análise competitiva para identificar tendências, oportunidades e desafios no setor de cartões de crédito.Priorizar e gerenciar o backlog de produtos, definindo e refinando requisitos de produto e critérios de aceitação.Desenvolver e monitorar KPIs para avaliar o desempenho do produto e informar decisões futuras de desenvolvimento do produto.Colaborar com stakeholders internos e externos para garantir que os produtos atendam às regulamentações e padrões do setor.Fornecer liderança e orientação para equipes de projeto, promovendo uma cultura de inovação e excelência.Requisitos:Bacharelado em Administração, Finanças, Engenharia, TI ou campo relacionado.Experiência comprovada como Product Manager ou em um papel similar, preferencialmente em produtos financeiros digitais.Experiência significativa em produtos de emissão de cartões de crédito, com forte compreensão dos processos e regulamentações envolvidas.Forte compreensão dos princípios de gerenciamento de produtos, desenvolvimento ágil e metodologias Lean.Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar de forma cruzada com equipes de engenharia, design e negócios para entregar produtos ao mercado.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação, com a capacidade de influenciar e engajar stakeholders em todos os níveis.Capacidade de analisar dados complexos, extrair insights significativos e tomar decisões baseadas em dados.Conhecimento das regulamentações financeiras e compreensão dos desafios regulatórios enfrentados pelos produtos de emissão de cartões de crédito é altamente desejável.Benefícios:Auxílio-escritório e Auxílio Home office para você melhorar o seu ambiente de trabalho remoto e torná-lo ainda mais confortável
