You will collaborate closely with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility, enabling advanced analytics and machine learning projects.
For a trainee position, the responsibilities will be supporting data engineering team to implement and maintain data pipelines.
What you?will do Support Data Engineering team on creating and maintaining data pipelines/ETL tasks.Help to monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.Work closely with data scientists to understand their data requirements and provide the necessary support for their analytics and machine learning tasks.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, cloud technologies, and big data tools.Create and maintain documentation related to data pipelines, data storage, and data processing workflows What you'll bring Interests in Data Engineering and data in general.Good knowledge in SQL and Python (understand SQL commands and Python basic structures and logic syntax)Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Basic understanding of data integration and ETL processes.Azure or Snowflake cloud solutions;Python and SQL as development language, PySpark as framework for data processing.Nice to have Experience with Snowflake or other pay-as-you-go DWH technologies.Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed processing tools.Experience with Azure data tools, including Data Lake, Data Factory and Azure Functions.Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline implementation.Knowledge of data quality and data governance best practices.Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics.Understanding of the energy sector and related data challenges.
