The Role As a pension brokerage specialist, you will be responsible for the administration of German insured pension funds, including the follow-up of the yearly renewal and drawing up the renewal report for the international reporting of GBM clients in collaboration with German pension brokerage administrators and relationship managers.
In addition, you will add value to the company by performing the following tasks:
Take over standardized recurring tasks/processes within the team.Act as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.Follow up on the renewal procedure of local and international customers.Create information brochures for the employees of our clients.Document conducted process steps.Support implementation of new customers in our pension administration system.Utilize the respective WTW admin tools as well as MS Office applications for efficient customer management.QualificationsThe Requirements You are the person that we are looking for if you have:
High school diploma or academic degreeFluency in English is mandatory; German is a great plus.Relevant knowledge of the pension insurance marketStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA can-do approachExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational skills with a methodical approachKnowledge of MS Office, especially MS ExcelWhat's in it for you?
