Currently, we are seeking a Data Analyst who's eager to continue to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark on a new opportunity.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with end-users to design, build, and optimize data warehouses and data marts using dimensional modeling techniques.Work closely with developers to communicate data analysis and ensure accurate and effective implementation of data solutions.Develop reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and SQL to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Escalate challenges or roadblocks to the Scrum Master, ensuring timely resolution and smooth project flow.Adapt to evolving team priorities, demonstrating flexibility in supporting the team to achieve sprint goals.Ensure the quality and integrity of data by conducting thorough testing and validation.Actively participate in all phases of Agile development, including sprint retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;In-depth knowledge of Ralph Kimball's dimensional modeling techniques with proven experience;Strong conceptual data modeling and design skills;Familiarity with UML and one of the UML modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose);Experience with at least one of the following: Azure Analytics Suite (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Analysis Services, Databricks, Synapse), Microsoft SQL Server data warehouses, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS;Good knowledge of SQL;Familiarity with Azure DevOps;Fluent level of English.Offer: Empowering and respectful work culture where every voice matters.Personalized Coaching Program: Provided by in-house specialists, our People Managers.Continuous Learning: Join our tech meetups and online trainings.Dynamic Community Culture: From movie and quiz nights to dinners and our annual summer gathering, we believe in having fun together.Celebrating You: Through our Rocket Points Employee Rewards System, we constantly recognize your contributions.Seamless Relocation: For our international hires, we offer a comprehensive relocation package and visa sponsorship to ensure a smooth transition.If this offer resonates with your career aspirations and you're ready to embrace an exciting new challenge, we encourage you to seize this opportunity.
