Project
We are looking for a skilled Finance Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial processes and systems, the ability to ask critical questions, and previous experience in various financial organizations.
This role involves leading a team of testers, defining test scopes for new financial projects, and improving our financial testing processes.
Role
Lead and manage a team of 3-5 testers;
Define test scopes and strategies for new financial projects;
Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Developers (Devs) to create effective test scenarios;
Use your experience to identify and implement best practices in financial testing;
Oversee test execution, monitor results, and ensure issues are documented and resolved;
Help enhance our overall financial testing methodologies and tools.
We are looking for
Strong background in financial testing and quality assurance;
Experience working in various financial environments;
Proven ability to lead and manage a small team;
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including BAs and Devs;
Knowledge of financial systems and processes;
Familiarity with test management tools;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
