Job Type:  Full-timeJob Location:  LisbonWorkplace:  RemoteJob DescriptionWe are recruiting an exceptional Senior Sourcing Associate (f/m/d) fluent in English and Portuguese to join our client's operation in Lisbon.Our client is one of the world's leading biotechnology companies. They are deeply rooted in science and innovation to transform new ideas and discoveries into medicines for patients with serious illnesses by discovering, developing, manufacturing, and delivering innovative human therapeutics.What's in it for you?Work contract with Kelly;Competitive salary, plus meal allowance;The possibility of working in an international and highly intellectual environment;Flexible work schedule.What is going to be your mission?Manage Request for Proposal and Quotation processes (eRFX) to deliver productivityand value back to the business - ensuring quality and compliance at all times;Consistently document and guide sourcing execution and productivity delivery indesignated tools;Ensure sourcing tactics drive value in specific functional business environments;Develop supplier analysis and market intelligence to support sourcing strategies;Drive the negotiation of proposals and statements of work.What do you need to have?College degree in a relevant field;Two years of sourcing/procurement experience;Fluent business English written and oral (Dutch, Nordic or any other EU language would be an advantage);Solid understanding of sourcing processes (tendering, supplier negotiations andcontracting), across multiple indirect spend categories;Experience using e-procurement tools such as Scout & Ariba;Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel;Ability to help shape customer's overall strategy while understanding business goals;Excellent communication skills (presentation, virtual team development, etc) resulting in relationship building and development;Problem solving skills;Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret information using different sources to draw and present analytic insights;Availability for a temporary project - 7 months.Grab this amazing job opportunity by sending us your up-to-date CVKelly Portugal is part of GI Group Holding.#J-18808-Ljbffr
