We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Digital Content Manager in customer service to join one of the biggest telecom providers in Europe. In this role, you will work closely with the digital team to manage and optimise the help area on the website and the customer portal. Key Responsibilities: - Independently defining and creating customer service websites in close collaboration with clients and the user experience team. This includes troubleshooting tips, installation instructions, process descriptions, help pages for products and services, and FAQ pages- Editing and reviewing website content, including text, images, and videos. Efficiently handling high-volume tasks, such as filling in language versions of pre-existing websites in French, Italian, and English- Collaborating with stakeholders from various business areas and integrating feedback from different perspectives to create a cohesive, user-centric customer experience. Communicating any problems or delays promptly within the company and presenting potential solutions.
