In the city of Aveiro, Bosch has one of its biggest production sites for Bosch Home Comfort division, as well as a Research and Development Center for new and improved heating solutions for the residential segment. Your contribution to something big: As a SAP migration expert, seeking a challenging role in supporting Bosch's transition to SAP S/4HANA, you will:
Manage the migration of our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our business operations; Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, encompassing data analysis, data cleansing, data mapping, and system integration; Oversee the entire migration process, from planning and preparation to testing and deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; Proactively identify and mitigate risks and possible need of data cleansing and data corrections, ensuring the migration's success and a positive impact on our overall business strategy; Work in collaboration with a central governance team which steers the overall migration for the overarching S4 migration activities in our division. What distinguishes you: Education: Business Administration, Information Technology or similar; Experience: Experience in SAP R/3 migration projects. Experience in managing complex projects; Know-How: Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities and migration methodologies; Personality: Good team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments. Ability to work in an international team environment; Work style: Organized and analytical work style, strong organizational and planning skills, with a problem-solving mindset and good presentation skills; Languages: Very good communication skills in English and preferably in Portuguese too; Willingness to travel occasionally.
