Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Develop a Technical Services Team: Build, mentor, and manage a team of technical service professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.Plan and Oversee Technical Service Projects: Develop strategies for system installations, acceptance testing, and overall service operations, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.Manage Vendor & Client Relationships: Maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and service providers while ensuring seamless technical support for customers.Ensure Quality & Efficiency in Service Delivery: Monitor team performance, implement operational improvements, and develop policies to optimize workflows.Provide Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical issues, ensuring smooth operations.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in technical services leadership.Strong technical background, with the ability to provide hands-on expertise and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent project management skills, with a record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to work with both internal teams and external partners.Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
