About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our short rental business in Lisbon and surrounding areas. As an operations coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with hosts, guests, cleaners, and maintenance staff to provide a smooth experience for everyone involved.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of properties to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfactionCoordinate with hosts, guests, cleaners, and maintenance staff to provide a seamless experienceContribute to the company's growth acquisition ambition by promoting Sonyos Homes through social media, attending business gatherings, and using your network to reach out to property ownersAssist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and taking on ad hoc tasksRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality business, preferably in short rental businessHigher educational degree (B.A or equivalent degree)Outgoing character, enthusiastic, and drivenInternationally oriented with ability to understand and work with different culturesTeam player, trustworthy, and dependableAbility to travel and work flexible hoursStrong communications and customer-oriented skillsExcellent command of English and Portuguese language (both oral and written)Good command of Spanish and French language would be a strong plusStrong computer skills (including MS Office) and good knowledge of channel management softwareWhat We OfferA competitive salary package and opportunities for financial and professional growth.
