Join our team at DCI as a Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Project Manager. We are a leading company in the industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers across the United States, Asia, and Europe. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of our product delivery, from quoting to final delivery.
Responsibilities Coordinate with the Installation Supervisor, Team Leader, and Shipping Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of our products.
Manage FF&E and installation projects, overseeing all stages from quoting to customer delivery.
Prepare accurate budgets for jobs, considering labor, travel, equipment, and all foreseen expenses.
Communicate effectively with various departments and customers to coordinate final delivery within the customer's timeline.
Ensure production remains on schedule and that shipping is on track.
Formulate recovery plans for any issues that arise to quickly and effectively resolve problems.
Partner with accounts payable to ensure all expenses are accurate.
Analyze expenses to determine profitability of each installation.
Qualifications 2-4 yr College Degree preferred but not required
Precise data-entry skills with experience in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
Management experience preferred.
Must be technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and web-based programs.
Self-driven and well organized.
