We are looking for an IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2 days a week).
Key Responsibilities:Manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience of WM IT Assets.Ensure IT Continuity Classification for each asset is well assessed and consistent with Business continuity needs.Develop and maintain IT Continuity plans (IC Plans) compliant with Group Requirements for each IT Asset.Document and enforce backup and restoration processes and operational procedures.Organize and participate in IT Disaster Recovery exercises.Report to senior management on IT continuity classification, DR exercises, and remediation projects.Monitor and report on IT GRC tool completeness and accuracy.Provide metrics and presentation material to IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and IT Continuity committees.Contribute to awareness and training activities.Coordinate with the Group IT Continuity & Resilience office.Respond to requests from regulators, partners, and customers regarding IT Continuity and Resilience.
