User Acquisition Specialist

For which tasks (responsibilities)? Setting up, launching, and managing advertising campaigns to drive app traffic through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Unity, and other platforms.
Tracking the performance of advertising campaigns and optimizing them.
Preparing and automating reports on campaign effectiveness.
Generating and documenting traffic hypotheses as tasks, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing results.
Testing hypotheses to reduce traffic acquisition costs.
Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns in Firebase and AppsFlyer.
Achieving set business goals and metrics.
Performing App Store Optimization (ASO) when necessary.
Developing technical specifications for creatives and ads.
What kind of professional are we looking for? At least 2-3 years of experience in User Acquisition.
Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, with deep knowledge of ad platforms and marketing strategies.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools and methods.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
