O Grupo é composto por duas empresas: a DREAMMEDIA, reconhecida líder em outdoors estáticos, digitais e meios de ativação e roadshow; e a BIGoutdoors, especializada na comercialização de espaços publicitários em monopostes e equipamentos de grande formato. Somos um Grupo 100% autónomo, uma vez inserida toda a cadeia de valor internamente, onde investimos significativamente na conceção e fabrico das nossas soluções publicitárias, uma vez que detemos estruturas próprias de metalomecânica, serralharia, impressão, arquitetura e design, produção de grande formato e equipas de montagem, limpeza e manutenção em Vila Nova de Gaia, Lisboa e Algarve. Com mais de uma centena de colaboradores e um volume de negócios superior a 10 milhões de euros é, desde 2020, o maior operador de publicidade exterior do país. A primeira internacionalização da marca ocorre em 2012, com a criação de uma filial em Moçambique, com sede em Maputo, oferecendo uma rede inovadora e impactante de outdoors e suportes de ativação e roadshow. Em 2021, a DREAMMEDIA revolucionou o mercado de Out-of-Home com o lançamento da primeira, e maior, rede nacional de outdoors digitais em Portugal, sobe o mote Localização é Tudo. Um projeto único e sem precedentes no país, com recurso a 100% capitais próprios, onde esteve envolvido um investimento inicial de cinco milhões de euros. Atualmente, assegura uma oferta de mais de 160 equipamentos digitais de alta qualidade, com localizações premium, que valorizam a inovação, as audiências, o impacto e o design. A DREAMMEDIA oferece soluções de comunicação inovadoras e produtos exclusivos a todas as marcas que pretendam estar presentes no contexto Out-of-Home, desenvolvendo estratégias de publicidade exterior feitas à medida das necessidades dos clientes. Para o efeito, disponibiliza, atualmente, mais de 30 soluções de comunicação, que permitem criar soluções 360º para os seus clientes e parceiros. Além disso, são permanentemente desenvolvidas novas soluções de comunicação de modo a acompanhar as tendências dos diferentes mercados onde atua. Em Portugal, a DREAMMEDIA e a BIGoutdoors estão presentes nos 18 distritos e em mais de 150 municípios, tendo como clientes algumas das maiores marcas nacionais e internacionais. Recentemente, a DREAMMEDIA solidificou a presença no pelotão da frente das empresas auditadas e entrou no mercado do Mobiliário Urbano em Portugal.
Descrição da Função
A DREAMMEDIA, líder em operações de comunicação exterior multiplataforma em Portugal e premiada como uma das melhores empresas para trabalhar pela Great Place to Work pelo quarto ano consecutivo, está neste momento a ampliar a sua equipa. Neste momento procuramos um Financial Controller (M/F) talentoso e apaixonado para se juntar a nós na nossa sede em Vila Nova de Gaia. Com reporte à Diretora Financeira terá um papel ativo no apoio à gestão do Grupo, tendo como principais responsabilidades:
Gestão orçamental do Grupo (controlo diário da execução do orçamento);
Análise da rentabilidade por negócio/operação e por empresa;
Monitorização e controlo do budget dos departamentos (análise de desvios mensais, trimestrais e anuais);
Análise das rubricas de custos e elaboração de planos de otimização de recursos;
Entre outras inerentes à função.
Requisitos:
Formação Superior em Economia, Gestão ou similares;
Experiência comprovada mínima de 3 anos em funções similares;
Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para o negócio, assim como resiliência e dinamismo, são características de máxima importância;
Conhecimentos avançados de Excel e de PHC (preferencial).
