Business Analyst – AI & Data Strategy Are you passionate about AI and data-driven transformation? Do you want to play a key role in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business value?
We are looking for a Business Analyst – AI & Data Strategy to bridge the gap between business needs and AI solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to design and implement AI-driven use cases that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Hybrid model : 6 days per month in the office (Saldanha, Lisbon).
Your Role & Responsibilities : Identify and define AI-driven business opportunities , working closely with different business areas.
Lead end-to-end project management of AI initiatives , ensuring impact and alignment with strategic goals.
Stay ahead of market trends in AI, monitoring use cases across industries and evaluating new technologies.
Manage and evaluate AI solution providers , driving partnerships and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Promote an AI-first mindset , supporting internal teams in adopting AI-driven strategies.
Work with cutting-edge AI tools and collaboration platforms (SCRUM, ML Notebooks, Teams, etc.).
What We're Looking For : Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.2+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, or analytics.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.Solid knowledge of statistics and data visualization .Understanding of predictive models (Random Forest, XGBoost, LGBM), recommendation engines, forecasting algorithms, pricing optimization, and segmentation techniques is a plus.What We Offer :
