Exciting Career Opportunity: Become a Client Care Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal Job Title: French-Speaking Client Care Specialist Location: Lisbon, PortugalWork Arrangement: On-site Overview: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a French-Speaking Client Care Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in French and have a good command of English. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Provide outstanding service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs and resolving any issues efficiently. Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues, offering clear and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Data Management: Accurately log and update client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience. Candidate Requirements: Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in French and at least B2 level in English. Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card. Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related field is beneficial but not required. Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation package available for candidates moving from abroad).
