Global Category Manager – Facility Management Services

.Job DescriptionAs the Global Category Manager, you define Category Strategy.
Manages the business needs of the Nokia organization across different Business Groups through sourcing and supplier plans aligned to the Category Strategy.
You are also responsible for executing the RFx process from selection, negotiation, contracting and onboarding to meet business requirements & maintaining preferred supplier relationships.
Price reduction, cost avoidance, and Total Payable Days are among the most important KPIs.You will also have exposure to many key stakeholders, such as Nokia BG (Business Group) representatives, Suppliers, Corporate Strategic Sourcing Team, Contract Management Team, Payables Team, Legal and compliance Team, or Financial & Controlling Team.

Join us to contribute to a culture where teamwork drives our success and helps shape the future of technologyHow You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnRole-specific contribution:Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the organization's sustainability, financial, and Business Group goals, including the exploration and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).Conduct thorough assessments of Indirect Service market dynamics in your service category, identifying opportunities and risks for strategic procurement decisions.Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.Stay current on global industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance procurement strategies.Provide expert guidance on the structuring and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other frame contracts.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Category initiatives seamlessly into overall business objectives.Overall areas:E2E accountability to develop/maintain category group and supplier strategies with stakeholders that identify new market opportunities, bring competition in providers and manage supply risks, securing business continuity and quality of service.Stakeholder relationship management collaborating with Sourcing Partners.Translation of the Category group and supplier strategies into executable sourcing plans based on actual portfolio demands.Supplier base development, and identification of new suppliers.Contract life cycle management.Ensures compliance with procurement process, SOX, and other statutory requirements within own category.Accountable for agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their reporting.Demonstrates experience in managing cross-functional relationships and stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
