Descrição da função: O(A) candidato(a) fará parte de uma equipa cuja responsabilidade é trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de negócio no sentido de identificar oportunidades de melhoria aos processos e implementar novas funcionalidades de forma a potenciar a eficiência e a excelência operacional através do uso das soluções digitais.
Responsabilidades: – Gerir os projetos das áreas funcionais de FI/CO e RH no IT
– Analisar e propor melhorias aos sistemas e processos
– Efetuar o levantamento, análise, implementação, manutenção e melhorias das soluções existentes em todas as localizações da Simoldes Plastics do Grupo Simoldes
– Implementar soluções que respondam às necessidades da organização e permitam aumentar a eficiência
– Articular com o resto da equipa de IT de forma a suportar tecnicamente as implementações
– Trabalhar com clientes e fornecedores nas soluções a implementar
– Garantir a standarização das soluções de acordo com as regras e procedimentos do departamento de IT
– Garantir o sucesso dos projetos
Requisitos / Habilitações: Formação superior em informática de gestão, engenharia de sistemas ou equivalente;
Tem que possuir fortes conhecimentos em sistemas de informação de suporte aos processos de negócio em um ou mais dos seguintes: ERPs, MES, SCM, WMS;
Tem que possuir fortes conhecimentos em processos de negócio em uma ou mais das seguintes áreas: logística, produção, aprovisionamentos, compras, qualidade;
Tem que ter fortes conhecimentos de inglês falado e escrito;
Sólidos conhecimentos e experiência consolidada dos processos contabilísticos e financeiros em SAP;
Sólidos conhecimentos e experiência consolidada dos processos de gestão de pessoas em SAP SuccessFactors;
Capacidade de dialogar com as áreas funcionais e com as áreas técnicas;
Capacidade de mapear e documentar processos de negócio;
Tem que ter elevado sentido de organização e autonomia, ser metódico, disciplinado e capaz de planear com detalhe as atividades necessárias à conclusão com sucesso dos projetos a seu cargo:
Capacidade de dinamizar e coordenar pessoas e gerir mudança;
Elevada resiliência e resistência ao stress;
Requisitos preferenciais: Experiência na Indústria automóvel
Experiência em projetos digitais de grande dimensão e complexidade
