Responsabilidade Elaborar e analisar mapas e indicadores de controlo de gestão; Apoiar a preparação do Orçamento anual, Plano Estratégico e definição/criação de KPIs de Recursos Humanos (turnover, tempos de trabalho, escalas salariais, tempo médio de recrutamento); Analisar e controlar desvios orçamentais; Analisar a rentabilidade e monitorizar a performance da área de Recursos Humanos; Analisar a evolução dos custos salariais gerais por rúbrica; Coordenar os fechos mensais, semestrais e anuais; Proceder à revisão dos dados da atividade produzidos pela área de Recursos Humanos; Criação de um sistema global de reporting, de forma, a sistematizar centralmente a informação geral de todas as operações internacionais. Proceder ao respetivo reporting junto da administração. Análise de benchmarking. Perfil Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Contabilidade ou semelhantes; Experiência na área de Controller na área de Recursos Humanos; Domínio de SAP HCM; Nível avançado de inglês; Capacidade analítica, organização e planeamento; Trabalho em equipa; Foco na resolução de problemas; Proatividade e autonomia; Bons conhecimentos do Office, nomeadamente Excel; Bons conhecimentos de inglês (preferencial).
