While our primary focus remains on IT services and cybersecurity, we are also exploring exciting new initiatives in AI and emerging technologies.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Designer responsible for designing and producing the entire communication campaign for an organization. This role involves working across various fields such as advertising, web, app design, branding, and other areas that encompass both internal and external organizational communication.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will ensure that all communication materials are aligned with the brand strategy and marketing and communication goals, catering to the diverse markets where the organization operates.Branding and Corporate ID: Develop brand identities, graphic lines, corporate images, and key visuals.Digital: Design and create digital communication materials (social media assets, website graphics, presentations, infographics, templates, event materials, newsletters, e-books, etc.).Printed Materials: Design and finalize printed communication materials (flyers, brochures, roll-ups, stationery, merchandise, etc.).Photography and Video: Capture and post-produce photos and videos of organizational activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Design or a related field.3+ years of experience in managing web projects and executing digital marketing strategies.Strong understanding of web technologies and digital marketing best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.Fluency in English (mandatory).Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).Preferred FactorsExperience in marketing managed services and cybersecurity solutions.Familiarity with the IT services markets in Canada and the USA.Experience in content development.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Interest or experience in AI marketing and emerging technology solutions.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a global leader in IT and cybersecurity services, with exposure to cutting-edge technologies.Flexible work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and growth opportunities.Chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.Tools and support for effective remote work.Jolera is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
