As Manager L&D Commercial Capabilities, you will build the current and future capabilities of the Commercial team in the BeLux Business Unit by designing best-in-class development learning journeys in a dedicated Commercial Capability area while ensuring deployment of the entire curriculum for Commercial to the market including reinforcement.
To give you an idea of how this Manager L&D Commercial Capabilities role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Lead continuous commercial capability improvement in the BeLux Business Unit in line with ONE commercial strategy and customer, working closely with P&CBP's Commercial.
Build long-term country Commercial Capability development plans.
Proactively advise and support business in identifying learning gaps in the team to maximize capabilities and deploy targeted development interventions and ensure quality measurement.
Lead the L&D design work of various functional initiatives through identifying cross-market learning needs, defining and designing appropriate solutions and partnering with key stakeholders.
To apply for this Manager L&D Commercial Capabilities role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
Experience and expertise in the commercial area and L&D area preferred.
Ideally, experience in cross-country projects and/or matrix organizations.
Functional technical skills required.
Analytical skills.
L&D expertise.
