Aligned with that, we are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to help us refine our product processes, leverage data for informed decision-making, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Exciting times ahead
What will you do?As a Product Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the entire team to help shape and optimize our product processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless collaboration.
You'll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities, and driving the improvement of our product development lifecycle.
Working closely with our Product, Design, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, you will continuously iterate and enhance our operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Gathering and analyzing data to inform product decisions and improve processes.Developing and maintaining documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.Facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments to align on common objectives.Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Supporting the Product team in data analysis and reporting to understand customer behavior and product performance.Being creative, a problem-solver, and an advocate for operational excellence.Continuously learning and experimenting with new approaches to optimize our product operations.Speaking fluent English and being an enthusiastic team player.Who are we looking for?We're seeking someone with previous experience in product operations, or someone in a similar role.
You should be a team player with a strong willingness to be impactful on our operational efficiency.
Be willing to use your awesome analytical and organizational skills for good by pragmatically solving real operational challenges.
Strong communication skills, a focus on process improvement, and being able to have fun while delivering awesome results are essential.
Bonus points for:
Previous project management experience.Data gathering and analysis skills.Comfortable with agile methodologies and product development processes.Keeness to dig deep to find the right data point, customer behavior or process loophole;Previous experience working in B2B SaaS companies (but don't worry if you don't—we still want to meet you
