Noesis is seeking a Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is the perfect role for a professional who excels at solving problems and is eager to take on new challenges. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to keep up with new technologies and support transformation programs. This position requires dedication, persistence, effective follow-up, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service with exceptional communication skills.Requirements:Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist in troubleshooting a wide range of information systems and applications;Experience with support/corrective maintenance;Daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem creation;Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (desired);Technical experience in support of Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (desired);Day-to-day service management of the area, including the development of frequent executive reports on the team's challenges and achievements;Experience in the banking payments area.If you meet these conditions and would like to join an innovative organization that continuously invests in training its talents, send us your application.
