Job Purpose Haworth is a global leader in the design and manufacture of adaptable workspaces, including systems furniture, seating, storage and wood case goods, and collaborative furniture. Your role will be to ensure consistent design standards and successful creation and design of international marketing and brand collateral for the International sector(EMEA and Asia Pacific).
A glimpse of your daily mission Oversee the artistic direction of projects, ensuring that the visual elements align with the overall creative vision and brand identity.
Develop creative design concepts based on our corporate design for all branded collaterals, printed and digital, static and dynamic, such as lookbook and workbook, Haworth.com, event key visuals, campaign materials and videos, product introductions etc.
Build digital templates for the creative team to ensure consistent design application in all markets in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Contribute and collaborate with the creative team to develop creative ideas for multimedia projects, including but not limited to video productions, digital campaigns, and visual branding initiatives, externally and internally.
Lead the brand marketing value stream and streamline all visual assets created for the International sector(EMEA and Asia Pacific) by the design team.
Work closely with the space design team to design the visual elements in our branded showrooms, bigger events and physical presence.
Provide guidance and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia production and design.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Travels to sites outside your territory as required by assignments, including international travel.
Attending and supporting networking, training, and sales / dealer events.
Various Ad-hoc duties assisting where necessary for internationally relevant Marketing initiatives.
Your qualifications Bachelors' Degree in Design/Advertising or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Designer, Senior Designer or equivalent, no previous experience as Art Director required
Comprehensive knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to commercial objectives
Experience in managing multiple distribution channels
Experience in the furniture or Architecture & Design related industry
Experience in creating and managing content in multiple languages
Experiencing in art directing basic small asset productions like photoshoots or small video shoots
Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and experience working with other programs from the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere etc.)
Experience in applying all latest design and photography tools
Basic experience with Multimedia production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar)
