Our team provides value-added services and leverages expertise, data-driven insights, and execution to manage fraud and risk, enhance cybersecurity, and improve the digital payments experience for our clients.
About Us We are a global team of experts who combine traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
Business Experimentation We advise executives on business decisions using Mastercard's industry-leading predictive analytics SaaS platform, Test & Learn. Our consultants work with customers to identify key priorities, then design and run business experiments to establish which ideas work and how to deploy them.
Client Impact Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries and problem statementsDirect the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data science tools including Test & LearnOwn senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive commercial successServe as a trusted client business advisor and generate enthusiasm for the Mastercard team and our recommendationsProvide analytical and technical subject matter expertise and drive client success through Test & Learn adoption and competencyTeam Collaboration & Culture Guide team through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client valueMotivate the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levelsOwning relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capitalLead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to both direct and outside team membersQualifications Undergraduate degree with analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data scienceExperience coaching and leading teams across large, complex projectsExperience leading senior client relationshipsDeep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadershipAbility to identify new business development opportunities, and experience leading proposal development and scoping of new opportunitiesExperience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firmAnalytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendationsLogical, structured thinking and affinity for statistical and numerical analysisAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsAbility to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
