You are a Hebrew speaker and a Social Media addict? We are recruiting for the position of:
Customer Delight for Social Media - Hebrew in Portugal Your working day: Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email, and phone;Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' experience;Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions;Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job: Fluent in Hebrew (C2) & good English (C1)Great communication skillsAptitude for problem-solvingExcellent verbal, written, and listening skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)Valid work permit in PortugalYou will benefit: Home Office position12-month renewable contractInitial training during 3 weeksWork schedule: Monday to Sunday between 7am to 10pm / 8h per day with 2 days off per week / Rotating shifts & Days offPrivate Healthcare & Dental care from contract signatureStable work and career progressionGreat activitiesAnd for candidates abroad: Airport Pick-upFlight refund after 9 months in the companyAccommodation in a room in a flat shared with other employeesStarting date: May 12th, 2025
