Job Summary As the Quality Assurance Automation Team Leader, you will oversee the QA Engineering team, ensuring that products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
This role involves developing and implementing QA automation strategies, managing team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
The role should be based at the office in the Carnaxide area (up to 8 days per month remotely), the first month is fully on-site. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineersDesign and develop the internal QA automation frameworkDesign and execute automated tests, report on bugsImprove the integration with CICollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to elaborate test plans and clarify definitionsMonitor and report on test resultsContinuously seek to improve test coverage and related processesManage and maintain QA test related environmentsIntegrate various sources of data (DB, Queues, APIs, etc.
)Maintain clean and clear test datasetsImprove the technical documentationBuild and maintain the QA Automation RoadmapRequirements: Proven work experience as a Team Leader QA Automation or as a Senior QA Engineer5+ years of experience in quality assuranceProficient in EnglishDeep knowledge of Javascript testing framework (Jest, ideally)Good understanding of OpenAPI specificationsKnowledge of git (Github, ideally)Experienced with Agile methodologiesFamiliar with test management tools (Ideally Qase.io and Jira)Understanding of CI integration (Ideally Github actions)ISTQB certification is a plusAttention to detail is very much appreciatedWe offer: Hybrid workLunch allowance provided by the companyTransport allowanceExtra paid leave (25 days per annum)Team eventsHealth and dental insurance
