Position : We are looking for a Tech Lead Java – French Speaker , who identifies with the following aspects: Key responsibilities : Support the agile teams to meet the challenges within the framework of SAFe; Be a player in a major business and technology transformation project; Participate in managing the development and maintenance of applications; Autonomous and multidisciplinary, with a sense of collective commitment and competence do deal with different stakeholders; Ensure a continuous delivery of value to users through efficient development practices and well-coordinated releases; Stay up to date with the latest development trends and best practices to provide technical leadership to the team; Work in international projects within multidisciplinary and multi geographically distributed teams; Availability to travel sporadically.
Main skills : More than 8 years of technical experience in the IT environment; Proven experience in Java development, Spring Boot, and using JSF with PrimeFaces; Strong background in external private cloud (AWS); Experience with Linux and Windows, scripting (Shell, PowerShell), Active Directory and LDAP; Good knowledge of working with Microservices, REST API, Kafka, Kstream; Skills in writing virtualization tools such as VMware, Docker, Tanzu; Ability in development using Oracle and PostgreSQL; Experience using Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven; Knowledge in testing using JUnit framework and tools such as Cucumber, Postman, Selenium; Worked with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch & Kibana, Cloudwatch; SAFe methodology; Excellent communication skills; Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French; Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have: Written and spoken Portuguese; Knowledge in the banking sector; Technologies such as OVH, Azure stack, Python, Ansible, Gherkin.
Requirement: Degree/Master in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
