We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to integrate our Inbound Marketing team and help us develop, manage and continuously optimise a paid acquisition strategy that drives the inbound pipeline by delivering the right messages to the right accounts at the right times.
Performance Marketing Executive responsibilities include developing comprehensive paid media strategies to reach qualified accounts, creating and monitoring PPC campaigns across multiple channels, and analysing conversion data to optimise strategy and decision-making.
Ultimately, you'll manage paid media channels, generate and capture demand among key accounts in our industry, and increase inbound pipeline generation in key markets. What will you do? Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to generate demand, drive traffic and acquire qualified leads via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads. Create and monitor performance campaigns (KPIs, bid strategies, targeting, budget). Align with the Content & SEO team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across communication channels. Work with the creative team to define and analyse paid media campaigns' structure, message and general visual feel. Track and manage analytics concerning channel performance with KPIs for our core markets. Create and execute tests and experiments aligned with our CRO team. Research and analyse CRM data to qualitatively understand market trends, lead/deal information and other information to drive decision-making, strategic direction and action plans. What do we expect from you? Proven experience in creating, implementing and managing paid media campaigns for international B2B SaaS brands or similar in the UK&I markets. Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and full-funnel reporting (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) Deep understanding of Demand Generation, Lead Generation and Account-Based Marketing strategies in a small and technical B2B niche. A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance data and craft insightful dashboards to inform yourself and the team of campaign success. A good dose of creativity, strategic vision, and critical and lateral thinking when trying to reach our target audience. The willingness to research and maintain up-to-date knowledge in specific markets to drive decision-making and help adapt our messaging. Process orientation and project management skills. A great sense of autonomy, organisation, and teamwork. Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise task backlogs. The curiosity to research new topics and learn new things every day.
