Catch the ride What we're looking for Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be the talent expert at Autodoc. As a Senior Recruiter for commercial functions you will be responsible for implementing and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire top talents. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals Leverage market data and sourcing channels to identify, engage and assess talent for the company's hiring needs Identify potential areas for improvement and propose solutions Leverage effective communication assessment skills to ensure talent being interviewed and hires match the competencies needed at AUTODOC Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process, maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders regularly.
