WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Regional Ecommerce Goals and KPIs Ultimately drive business growth through digital channels. In collaboration with the RWE eCommerce Analyst & RWE Digital Content team, support with determining the region's ecommerce goals and KPIs utilizing group client initiatives such as the Digital Maturity Model. Defining the Ecommerce Development Roadmap Identify opportunities for digital development, by utilizing insights and recommendations from the RWE eCommerce Analyst; working with local digital contacts and senior management to understand local challenges and business needs/priorities; working alongside the RWE Digital Content team; understanding our market segments; customer behaviors, needs and wants; finding ways to exploit opportunities within our current systems; and exploring system developments & 3rd party expansion where relevant. Work in collaboration with the RWE Digital Shared Services team, local Digital contacts & senior management and the group client digital teams to define the requirements to embrace the opportunities. Implementation of the Ecommerce Development Roadmap Be an influential part of the Group Client Digital Business Process Management (BPM) working group in order to share our Regional opportunities and listen to other Regions to design a global digital strategy and roadmap. Consolidate and define requirements through teamwork and influencing skills to drive through activation of existing and new features. Coordinate and manage key digital group-wide projects and regional projects, working with internal colleagues from the different subsidiaries and Head Office, as well as external agencies, to deliver an ongoing digital improvement programme focused around the digital customer journey. Work alongside the RWE Digital Activation Team to implement all eCommerce functionality developments locally in conjunction with local contacts and senior management. Teamwork Collaborate and positively manage the RWE eCommerce Analyst. Work alongside the wider RWE Digital Shared Services team to ensure a cohesive approach to answering the needs of the Region. Build strong working relationships with RWE local digital contacts and senior management. Work alongside third party agencies as required. Support in shaping and growing a remote working RWE digital shared services / competence team. Stakeholder Management Be able to confidently and clearly present digital opportunities and objectives to the group client board of directors and other regional directors, in order to engage and influence senior stakeholders and gain management sign-off. Work alongside other key stakeholders in other regions. Where relevant work alongside other group client BPMs to align functionality with business systems and/or processes. Key Goals Develop and implement our digital/eCommerce roadmap that supports business objectives, focused on the customer experience and conversion optimisation, making sure that our respective European websites are utilising existing functionality to the maximum. Develop, organise and spearhead the "virtual" digital team within the RWE digital shared services team and RWE local contacts. Work as a key member of Group and Regional teams to assist with the development of annual digital improvement programmes, gaining Group management approval as required. Reporting & ROI – Produce clear and concise reporting for all projects and ongoing activity, providing recommendations on how improvements can be made.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Your Mindset:

Able to build strong relationships with colleagues across the regional sales organisations as well as at the Group client in a complex, matrix environment. Highly commercial outlook with exceptional problem solving, influencing and people skills. Willingness to travel across Western Europe (infrequent). Flair for creative forward thinking. Your eCommerce/Digital Experience:

Proven commercial experience in developing successful eCommerce platforms which deliver results. Extensive experience in working on new functionality development; from scoping requirements through to implementation. Continued experience in working in diverse teams, with the ability to positively engage and influence stakeholders. Experience working with InterShop is a plus. Understanding different market segments; their needs, wants and behaviors. Keen interest in the latest eCommerce/Digital trends in the marketplace. Your Overall Experience:

Excellent English communication skills – oral & written. Excellent organisation and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard. Minimum 7 years ecommerce / digital experience. Able to work effectively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. German communication skills would be advantageous.
