En Amazon, todo gira en torno a las operaciones, y la automatización es una de las formas de optimizar nuestros procesos. Tu labor de ingeniero/a en este ámbito consistirá en asegurarte de que nuestros sistemas automatizados funcionen a la perfección para que nuestros clientes reciban sus pedidos a tiempo. Mediante al análisis integral de los datos, tanto de los sistemas de control como de los sensores y el resto de componentes, ayudarás a maximizar la disponibilidad de los equipos en las instalaciones. En este puesto, desempeñarás el papel crucial de resolver retos de productividad complejos mediante la utilización de la tecnología emergente de Amazon.
Key job responsibilities Supervisar, solucionar y resolver los problemas de los sistemas más importantes.Trabajar con la red de EU Controls para supervisar las métricas de los equipos de manipulación de materiales (MHE).Facilitar la visualización de los datos sobre resolución de problemas a los interlocutores internos.Tomar la iniciativa o participar de forma activa en proyectos de mejora continua dirigidos por la red EU Controls.Trabajar con diferentes departamentos para garantizar que todos los sistemas estén correctamente documentados y que se guarden copias de seguridad.Trabajar con miembros del equipo de todo el mundo para instalar y encargar nuevos equipos.Ayudar a otros centros de la red EU Controls en todo lo necesario.Interpretar planos mecánicos y eléctricos, y planificar estrategias de mejora del código, de conformidad con la norma IEC 61131-3. Como ingeniero/a de automatización, serás el/la especialista del centro que deberá garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de los sistemas automatizados clave. Trabajarás con nuestra maquinaria de automatización, es decir, desde cintas transportadoras hasta sistemas de clasificación, y te asegurarás de que funcionen de manera eficiente. Si algo ha salido mal o podría haberse hecho mejor, tomarás la iniciativa para proponer y aplicar una solución.
También compartirás tus conocimientos con tu equipo. Velarás por que los/as técnicos/as de ingeniería estén al corriente de todo lo relacionado con la resolución de problemas en los dispositivos y de la formación sobre control de mantenimiento preventivo, de forma que tu equipo pueda mantener nuestros sistemas de automatización en perfecto estado de funcionamiento.
About the team
Nuestro equipo de ingenieros de mantenimiento y fiabilidad (RME) se encarga de que nuestros sistemas funcionen a pleno rendimiento. Nos caracterizamos por nuestra gran aptitud técnica y nuestra excelente capacidad para el trabajo en equipo, liderados por unos responsables con gran experiencia. Nuestro trabajo comprende el mantenimiento, la reparación y la solución de problemas relacionados con los equipos en toda nuestra red mundial de centros de distribución. El equipo cuenta con una serie de perfiles de dirección que se encargan de supervisar el desarrollo de tecnologías fascinantes, algunas de las cuales solo existen en Amazon.
Nuestro equipo se ocupa de la mayoría de los aspectos técnicos de Amazon, desempeñando tareas que van desde la instalación de sistemas automatizados de embalaje hasta la supervisión del mantenimiento general de un centro o la reparación de equipos clave de distribución. Esto incluye adaptar los edificios a la legislación vigente, para que todo el personal esté seguro y nuestras instalaciones funcionen con la mayor eficiencia posible. El equipo de RME, al igual que ocurre en otros departamentos de Amazon, ofrece numerosas oportunidades de progresar profesionalmente.
Todo nuestro trabajo gira en torno a reducir los periodos de inactividad en los centros de operaciones cruciales de Amazon, para que los clientes reciban sus pedidos a tiempo. Con frecuencia, trabajamos de madrugada o a altas horas de la noche para poder realizar las tareas de mantenimiento ocasionando las mínimas molestias, por lo que hacemos turnos nocturnos. Si descubrimos que hay una forma mejor de hacer algo, tenemos la capacidad y la posibilidad de desarrollar e introducir procesos totalmente nuevos o tecnología punta, como Amazon Robotics y nuestro clasificador de artículos complejos.
REQUISITOS BÁSICOS- Título de bachillerato.
- Experiencia relevante en automatización controlada por PLC y diagnóstico de problemas en un proceso continuo o entorno de producción.
- Experiencia relevante en la asistencia a diferentes sistemas de transporte y clasificación.
- Experiencia relevante en el manejo de materiales, visualización de flujos y capacidades, y monitorización.
- Experiencia con al menos una de las siguientes herramientas:

Microsoft Office, herramientas de gestión de proyectos y EPLAN.Lenguaje ladder y programación de estructuras de controladores lógicos de Siemens, Allen-Brady o Codesys.Ignition SCADA o una plataforma similar e interfaz hombre-máquina (HMI).EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus y AS-i u otras redes de bus de campo.VFD, puertas de enlace de seguridad y dispositivos de entrada y salida.Nivel avanzado de inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito.REQUISITOS DESEADOSLos requisitos deseables son un plus, pero no son obligatorios para solicitar el puesto. Si cumples los requisitos básicos mencionados, nos encantaría conocerte.
- Titulación universitaria en Informática, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica Industrial u otra especialidad técnica.
- Experiencia laboral con las normas ISO 13849 e ISO 62061.
- Experiencia laboral en entornos multicentro.
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos con diferentes metodologías, como Agile o Waterfall.
- Experiencia con la metodología Six Sigma, el análisis de datos o las técnicas de mejora de procesos.
