Are you an ambitious engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a drive to revolutionize the automotive industry?
Then join us as we seek a talented individual to support our package and product development in PortoAs a Process Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the realization of a high-volume production line at our state-of-the-art facility in Porto.
You will have a unique opportunity to participate in a comprehensive up to 1-year training assignment located in Germany.
Upon completion of the program, you will play a key role in supporting our package and product development for automotive application.In your new role you will:Support our package and product development for automotive applicationsUnderstand the manufacturing line and tackle interactions between the process unitsDefine, track, and analyze design of experiments (DoEs)Understand and exploit state-of-the-art detection methods ( x-ray or ultrasonic)Handle large data sets with the proper IT tools to derive the right conclusionsCoordinate and define the assembling of prototypesExchange and align closely with cross functional teams from process development, concept, or application engineeringAssess deviations or yield detractors and initiate proper containment or corrective actionsLead small teams to drive change and improvement topicsYou are an energetic, goal-oriented person who remains focused on quality, even when under pressure.
You have an autonomous and methodic working style and a strong critical thinking that allows you to come up with and implement corrective actions.
Moreover, you communicate clearly and efficiently, cooperating as a team player thus establishing good relationships and contributing to a great team environment.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A master's degree in a technical discipline, mechanical, electrical or microsystems engineering, material science, physics or similar field of studies - would be a plus.1-3 years of work experience within a technological environment, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industryBasic understanding about semiconductors and its relevant backend assembling processes would be a plusA structured and target oriented working mindsetGood team spirit with the ability to work on an international levelWillingness to spend up to 1 year in Germany in a training assignmentFluency in English (mandatory).
