As tuas tarefas This QA Manager position is extremely important for the company, as this role along with the rest of the QA team will oversee the successful implementation and execution of the food safety and quality systems at the Supplier, Supply Chain Center and Store level for all Daufood markets.This role reports directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and collaborates with the leaders of the rest of departments, markets' franchisees, counter QA leaders from the mother companies.Developing policies and standards, enforcing the global standards from the mother company, monitoring and keeping up to date the food safety guidelines, and executing strategic projects for the continuous improvement of the QA department, are the major responsibilities of this role.The person will be located in Portugal in an office working regime, located at Frielas - Loures.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinating and leading the Food Safety and Product Quality system among the Daufood markets Support with the implementation, certification and maintenance of the ISO 22000 at the corporate markets level Lead the Store Food Safety Standards for the Daufood System Update Daufood system about any new standards at Supplier, SCC, and Store level Support the NPD projects Handling complaints related to Supply Chain and coordination with all stakeholders - Stores, Supervisors, Food Safety, Logistics, Procurement, Suppliers Keep the food quality and safety documentation up to date Support to the franchisee markets Conducting periodic compliance tests - ensuring that the products supplied are in accordance with the contracted specifications Conducting supplier audits and annual assessment of them Carrying out internal procedures Ensure all necessary documentation from QA Daufood to DPI-QA is provided.Submit for DPI approval, information related to the QA area with respect to new products / product changes (Variance Process) Ensuring the collection and treatment and reporting of QA indicators Define strategies, policies and establish specific objectives for the area, according to the company's global strategy O teu perfil REQUIREMENTS BS degree, preferred in Food Science and Technology, Food Safety, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related area 5-7 years' experience working in QA, regulatory compliance, standards, and/or food manufacturing Experience working for an international brand Strong Knowledge of diverse Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 22000, GFSI standards, and experience in implementing and maintaining such systems KEY COMPETENCIES The ability to prioritize tasks for you and the team, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential in this role The ability to think critically and provide solutions in order to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions The ability to analyze data, and performing root cause analyses Ability to collaborate with diverse cultures and different background of people from different departments and companies in order to built strong relationships and ensure the overall success of the department The ability to influence and motivate not only the QA team but also the rest of cross functional teams, provide guidance and support for continuous improvement of the group Availability to travel Porquê nós?Somos a maior pizzaria do mundo, estamos a crescer e temos um lugar para tiNa Domino's Pizza Portugal encontras uma equipa onde podes aprender, crescer e ter uma carreira.Contamos com pessoas extraordinárias para apoiar a empresa a produzir e entregar as melhores pizzas.Queremos também poder contar contigo na nossa equipa.Sobre nós Iniciámos a nossa viagem em 1960, com uma pequena loja em Ypsilanti, Michigan, e desde então muito aconteceu na Domino's Pizza.Milhares de aberturas de lojas corporativas e de franquias em todo o mundo, o lançamento de pedidos on-line, a app, a permanente melhoria da nossa Pizza e da experiência na Domino's e chegámos a distribuidor de pizzas nº1 no mundoNa Domino´s Pizza Portugal, trabalhamos para fornecer o melhor produto com o melhor serviço, seguindo os mais altos padrões de qualidade.O que é mesmo emocionante nesta jornada é que estamos sempre a recomeçar e a avançar, a reconhecer e a desenvolver as nossas pessoas.Contamos com uma equipa de mais de 750 pessoas, que contribuem para o sucesso da nossa empresa.Atualmente temos mais de 50 lojas, onde os nossos clientes podem saborear uma deliciosa pizza, ou se preferirem, receber diretamente nas suas casas.
