Senior Solutions Architect

Mindera is in search of a Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.
In this strategic role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions that drive our client's technology evolution.
You will be instrumental in crafting scalable and secure architectures that meet complex business needs while ensuring high performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with software architecture, cloud platforms, particularly Azure, as well as a thorough understanding of Java.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and a keen focus on transforming business objectives into technical solutions.
You will guide the architectural vision and be a key player in stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural initiatives that align with business goals and drive technological advancements.Design and oversee the implementation of solutions for cloud migration, primarily using Azure.Establish and enforce architectural best practices, design patterns, and governance protocols.Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements and modernization efforts.Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions.Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.Develop technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents, to guide development and deployment.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Proficiency in English.Experience: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect having worked in large scale / complex enterprise programs.In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures (ideally Azure) services and technologies.Strong understanding of software engineering principles.Strong understanding of main types of software architecture (e.g.
