You will get the chance to:
- Supervise and direct a team of Flutter developers, assigning tasks, providing feedback and technical support, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
- Actively participate in the development of mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring code quality and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project objectives, plans and deadlines. Monitor progress, manage resources and address challenges proactively.
- Conduct code reviews, testing and ensuring applications meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Address technical and management challenges, find creative solutions and ensure timely resolution of problems.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
- Previous experience managing developer teams or as a team leader.
- In-depth knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage resources.
- Problem solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of user interface design principles and user experience guidelines.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools (GIT) and the gitflow paradigm
- Previous experience also preferable on native mobile language Android or IOS
