Esta transformação consegue-se utilizando as frameworks Atlassian e as metodologias ágeis mais adequadas. É aplicável não só aos processos de Ciclo de Desenvolvimento do Software mas também a qualquer tipo de processo interno de médias ou grandes organizações. Quais as principais responsabilidades? Enquanto Atlassian Technical Consultant irás ajudar os nossos clientes a melhorarem continuamente os processos das organizações e a implementar e gerir o ecossistema de produtos Atlassian para todas as equipas. Diariamente serás responsável por: Reunir com clientes para compreender as regras de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos funcionais e técnicos. Participar nas especificações de requisitos, desenho, entregas, planeamento de sprints, reviews e retrospetivas. Configurar e customizar plataformas da Atlassian como Jira, Confluence ou Jira Service Management. Participar no desenvolvimento de soluções e executar testes, training e documentação, utilizando as boas práticas da indústria e da Atlassian. Pesquisar apps e plugins de parceiros da Atlassian que possam acelerar o desenvolvimento e implementação de vários user stories ou melhorias. Dar suporte operacional aos sistemas aplicacionais da Atlassian. Coordenar e ajudar nos upgrades ao sistema de JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket e Service Management. Resolver problemas de performance aplicacional relacionados com a stack Atlassian. Aplicar costumizações built-in e third party add-ons para estender as funcionalidades do JIRA / Confluence de acordo com as necessidades, verificando dependências e restrições. Gerir tickets para assegurar a resolução de problemas em tempo útil para os utilizadores finais. // Stacks: Confluence, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Bamboo, Bitbucket. Que Skills precisas de ter? Formação técnica na área de TI. Conhecimento em linguagens de programação Java e/ou JavaScript. Conhecimento de web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc). Capacidades de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas na sua raiz, pensando ao nível do sistema, percebendo o contexto mais abrangente de utilização e performance das ferramentas. Capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita para trabalhar com membros da equipa no sentido de juntar e compreender os requisitos do negócio e traduzi-los na melhor solução JIRA / Confluence. Capacidade de priorizar os múltiplos pedidos e corresponder às deadlines. Interesse e motivação para ser um profissional de Atlassian Certificado. Capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente sempre em mudança, dinâmico e ágil. Gosto por trabalho em equipa e pela resolução de problemas complexos. // Pontos extra para: Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou similar
