Your tasks could cover anything from searching for references to executing visual concepts. The work done in the Creative department is the cornerstone of our agency, and a team of people and departments work together towards building ideas powered by people.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise the Design and Creative team in creating content across all media channels.Oversee design executions and create visual responses to briefs in collaboration with junior designers or art directors.Define a creative concept and creatively develop and shape it according to the briefings assigned.Assume the lead role in all aspects of project execution and prepare contingency plans for changes.Manage and mentor junior team members.Maintain a keen eye for details and knowledge of the creative process to assist the team.LEADERSHIPLead, guide, mentor, delegate, and manage the work of junior members of the Creative Team.Provide timely feedback to junior team members to refine their conceptualization and art direction.Effectively communicate throughout the Agency and advocate the team's ideas.Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and craft inspiring decks to present the team's work.Influence, motivate, and sell brilliant ideas to others.Review and approve artwork developed by other team members.WORK BETTER TOGETHERKeep the team updated on important information like the progress of tasks.Be well-prepared for any changes with contingency plans.Confidently manage multiple projects while focusing on objectives.Work autonomously and collaborate with other creatives when necessary.Participate actively in brainstorms for fast-turnaround briefs.Deliver exceptional work to help the agency grow.Collaborate with the Client Service department to ensure project briefings are clear.Seek advice from more senior team members.Create development opportunities for team members to broaden their skill sets.KNOWLEDGE SHARING & SOCIAL SPECIALISMExhibit expertise across different media, formats, tools, and techniques of visual communication.Nurture junior art directors while staying curious and willing to learn.Be a reference for the development and creative guidance of the agency.Show interest and understanding of social platforms.Share learnings from training events with the team.Convert social specialist knowledge into creative excellence and stay ahead of trends.Champion art direction and ideas to the rest of the agency.COMPANY CULTURE ADVOCATECreate a commitment culture and embed The Code in every process during career development.Encourage a culture where people from all backgrounds feel included, accepted, and valued
