A equipa de Technical Services implementa as soluções vendidas pela Warpcom, apoia a pré-venda na fase de proposta técnica e assegura a 3ª linha de suporte para os clientes suportados pelo Warpcom Command Center (NOC, SOC e IT Operations).

Como Systems Engineer de Data Center & Cloud, vais fazer parte duma equipa especializada em soluções de virtualização e orquestração, cloud, postos de trabalhos virtuais, hiperconvergência, convergência e backup.
Vais ser envolvido na implementação de soluções nas áreas referidas, tendo responsabilidade sobre o projeto perante o cliente em soluções de média e grande dimensão dentro das tuas áreas de especialização. Vais também colaborar de perto com a pré-venda e equipas comerciais, como consultor técnico das tecnologias em que és especialista, e com o Warpcom Command Center quando é necessário suporte avançado.
A equipa de Technical Services está distribuída por todos os escritórios portugueses da Warpcom (Lisboa, Porto e Funchal) e colabora diariamente nos escritórios e através do Webex e Outlook. Esta posição é no escritório de Lisboa ou Porto.

O que vais fazer:
• Implementar soluções de Data Center & Cloud;
• Ter a responsabilidade técnica (identificação de requisitos, desenho da solução, documentação do projeto e formação do cliente) em projetos de dimensão e complexidade média ou grande;
• Apoiar as equipas de pré-venda e comerciais em reuniões e propostas técnica;
• Prestar apoio técnico de 3ª linha a soluções de Data Center & Cloud;
• Fazer mentoria à equipa técnica mais júnior. Organizar sessões de formação interna para passagem de conhecimento nas áreas em que és especialista;
• Ganhar conhecimento técnico em diversas soluções tecnológicas, através de formação formal e on-job e certificações de fabricantes;
• Envolver-te, de forma proativa, em projetos com outros âmbitos, como implementação de soluções inovadoras em laboratório (warplab) e desenvolvimento de software que reforce as soluções implementadas (warpdev).
O que trazes contigo:
• 7+ anos de experiência na área de Data Center & Cloud;
• Conhecimento do ecossistema envolvente, nomeadamente nas áreas de redes. • Experiência e interesse na implementação de soluções de cloud, virtualização, backup e armazenamento. Preferencialmente em Azure ou AWS, Citrix ou Omnissa, VMware/Broadcom, Microsoft, Dell EMC e Cisco (Certificações nestes fabricantes valorizadas);
• Formação numa área tecnológica - Preferencialmente licenciatura ou mestrado em Engenharia;
• Capacidade de desenvolver documentação e conduzir formações no âmbito de soluções implementada
• Espírito crítico sobre os projetos e processos em que és envolvido, com interesse em propor e implementar sugestões de melhoria;
• Boa capacidade de diálogo e escrita em português e inglês. É valorizada a facilidade de comunicação em espanhol.
• Capacidade e interesse em ser autónomo e organizado, tendo sempre o apoio da restante equipa e da gestão de projeto.
