Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated French Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. The position requires working in rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as your designated days off.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver top-tier customer support in French through phone, email, and live chat.Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and offer clear and accurate product information.Provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Keep up-to-date with company products and services to offer accurate support.Log all customer interactions into the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service delivery and solve complex problems.Adhere to company guidelines and best practices to maintain high-quality service.Stay informed on new product developments and customer service enhancements.Requirements:Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00, on a rotating shift schedule.Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Onsite position based in Braga, Portugal.Set days off on Saturdays and Sundays.Career development and growth opportunities.A supportive and dynamic team environment.Health and wellness programs.How to Apply:If you're fluent in French and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you Please submit your CV and cover letter highlighting your experience and qualifications.
