.Lisboa We are hiring a SAP Business Analyst About the company: Technology-driven trends such as diverse mobility, electrification, and connectivity will revolutionize the mobility industry in the next decade. We are the go-to team to tackle complex systems and programming challenges, ensuring our products flow smoothly in all stages of the digital value chain. Our main areas of focus include vehicle software & operations, mobile online services, IT security, fleet management, sales & after-sales, purchasing & logistics, and product portfolio management. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for the business, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and providing inputs for Go/No-Go decisions. Drive workshops with end-users/development teams on product and business vision. Manage requirements for spare parts processes, evaluate process changes, and design the roadmap. Work closely with internal teams and other relevant departments to understand specific requirements and foster cross-selling opportunities. Identify opportunities for enhancements or upgrades on current systems and collaborate with teams to implement necessary changes. Coordinate overarching projects & demands, determining affected/needed IT teams and aligning tasks/responsibilities. Prepare change requests in a suitable form for implementation, from which development packages are derived. Provide technical advice & support in central areas and sales companies. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for proposed changes and solutions. Carry out tests on the SAP System. Steer external service providers if necessary. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience. Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst or in a related role. Good knowledge of SAP SD / MM processes as a user. Experience with change management, with the ability to drive organizational transformation and adoption of new processes. Assertiveness – Ability to say "No". Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and levels of the organization. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, product updates, and best practices. A great passion for designing and implementing IT solutions for internal and external customers. Strong communication and analytical skills. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
