Title and Summary As a Managing Consultant and Acquiring subject matter expert, you will be a trusted client business advisor, and scope, lead and advise on acquiring focused client engagements.
You will partner with the Business Development team to develop and pitch engagements that can leverage Mastercard data and consulting knowledge in Acquiring.
Responsibilities will include owning mid- to senior-level client relationships and proactively engaging in the client agenda, internal culture, and relationship risks.
Core Competencies Passion: Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in guiding project teams towards delivering the highest quality results and recommendations to our clients.Subject Matter Expertise: Go-to person for Acquiring, assisting with specialist sales support.Problem Solving: Leads teams to identify critical aspects of a problem and guides the team to business-focused solutions.Analytic Excellence: Demonstrates strong aptitude for structured problem solving and quantitative skills.Project Management: Clear interest in project delivery with business clients.Client Management: Inspire client confidence through timely and reliable execution.Communication and Presence: Leads composition of complete deliverables and demonstrates effective verbal communication.Teamwork: Motivates teams to produce superior quality deliverables while fostering collaboration.Commercial Orientation: Identifies significant opportunities to leverage digital.Leadership: Instills a sense of urgency and ownership in team members.Integrity: Models Mastercard's values of honesty and integrity.Diverse Perspective: Brings unique skill sets to client engagements.Qualifications Undergraduate or master's degree.Experience in the acquiring business across various players in the ecosystem.Knowledge of acquiring products and value chain in both card present and card not present environments.Experience in a consulting organization is a bonus.Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local office language(s).Demonstrated ability to own and develop relationships with mid- and executive-level client contacts.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Eligible to work in the country of application and apply for travel visas as required.Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization.
