.Q?ENERGY is Europe's 360° green energy company.Together with our more than 500 employees we develop, build, and manage renewable energy assets across the entire value chain of large-scale renewable energy projects – from solar, to onshore wind and offshore wind, to energy storage and hybrid power plants.With a pipeline of more than 16 GW we are among the leading renewable energy companies in Europe.We are always on the lookout for people who want to work with us to empower a sustainable world with green energy.As a Expert Logistic Management, you will be responsible for all logistic aspects of the key components for PV and Wind projects (delivery management, custom clearance, recycling process, registration in entities, ...).Join us on our exciting journey and contribute to making a lasting difference to our planet.Please only submit your CV in English.Thank youKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze all project-related activities regarding the logistics costs and procedures of the key components: inland and sea transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, insurances, specific-taxes payment, recycling-legal requirements, registration in public authorities and others.Be responsible for the management of the logistics agents: forwarders, transport agencies, customs brokers, whilst including the request for proposals, negotiation, and establishment of strong relationships.Evaluate the logistics' scenarios and costs, risks of delays, damages, and others, and propose contingency plans and mitigation strategies based on the documentation provided by the different involved teams, suppliers, and authorities.Monitor the logistic schedule of the key components and their project-related activities, detailing their sequence of implementation in coordination with the relevant teams involved.Support the relevant teams with suppliers and subcontractors during all phases of the project: during/after contractual negotiations, construction, commissioning, etc.Track, analyze, and report about the progress and performance of the involved logistics' agents.Generate knowledge and lessons learned overviews in order to optimize the cost-logistics strategy for procurement and construction.RequirementsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Economics.Proven experience in the area of Logistics, preferably within the renewables or construction industry.Business fluency in Portuguese and English.Spanish is a plusPlease feel free to apply even if you do not meet all the listed requirements yet.
