Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand will be:Customer Service via phone and emailProviding product information to the customerProfessional usage consulting for the productsFollow up with customersSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:EU Citizenship or valid work permit/ residency card mandatoryYou have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus)You are looking for a job opportunity abroadYou are fashion addictedYou are motivated and committed to your workYou have excellent communication and listening skillsYou are a team player and willing to work with many other nationalitiesWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/monthFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 monthsAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalPrivate health insurance directly after the contract signatureFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)Is this project not the best fit for you ?
