We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Building Technician to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring that all building systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
You will conduct regular inspections, identify and resolve technical issues, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services, and support the implementation of facility improvements.The ideal candidate has experience in maintaining industrial or office buildings, possesses solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical systems, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
