Linde Global Services Program and Strategy Specialist (m/f/d) Porto, Portugal | req22642 What you will enjoy doing You will be responsible for the support and delivery of the efficiency program according the strategy of the center Furthemore, coordinate the project managers by providing clear direction and priorities to assure efficient department and alignment with the company´s and BSC vision, strategy, and values Accountable for delivering productivity/improvement results, responsible for the delivery of productivity project programme You will work with BSC operational coordinators and managers to promote and ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset More, communicate with other departments that are taking the lead for strategic projects on digitalization, analytics or productivity Create an engaging and proactive environment, fostering teamwork, focus on results You will drive continues improvement within the teams by also supporting and participating in BSC improvement projects.
Stimulate a proactive approach in contributing towards the mission of the BSC Reviews and interpretates reports and operational performance dashboards.
