Your Missions as a Technical Support Specialist:
As part of our R&D team, you will provide technical support to clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client support and technical implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer second-level support for complex inquiries beyond the scope of our Client Success Management team.Use in-house tools to diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to the development team.Monitor data integration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and addressing anomalies.Manage setup and configuration of data integrations from various sources, ensuring accurate representation within our solution.Assist in creating and maintaining interfaces between client systems or GAIA catalogs.Engage in technical discussions with clients to facilitate API integrations and support implementation efforts.You will play an analytical role by identifying recurring tickets and finding solutions to prevent them from reappearing.
During project phases, you will collaborate with project managers, implement new functionalities requested by clients, and ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
You will also contribute to the development of a new solution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional training/experience in technical support.Previous experience in a support role with strong problem-solving skills.Understanding of APIs and configuration management to support integration processes.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for data management and issue resolution.Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to issue resolution.We Offer:
