Because we learn from our failures and successes.What will be your roleIn this role you will integrate a technical team delivering great software that will help our clients to accomplish its business objectives by:Being a Data Governance Specialist responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the Data Governance strategy in the various Data Domains that support our client's Value Chain. Your tasks could include:Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement data governance strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Creating clear policies and procedures to manage data quality, security, privacy and compliance across the organization.Identifying and mapping the various types of data used by the organization in its business processes, identifying their origin, meaning and use.Developing and maintaining comprehensive metadata and data catalogs to document and organize the organization's data assets.Implementing access and security controls to protect the organization's sensitive data from unauthorized access and security breaches.Establishing processes for continuous monitoring of data quality and identifying areas for improvement in data governance to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of governance practices.Providing training and guidance to employees on data governance policies and practices, ensuring that everyone involved understands their responsibilities and contributes to the protection and proper use of data.Working closely with stakeholders from different areas of the organization to ensure that data governance practices meet the needs and objectives of all parties involved.Who will work by your sideYou will work as part of a team of key players in the energy sector.You will work with a team of experts and thus become part of a team of people who care about each other.
